Good schools are built by confident teachers. Our training programs give teachers practical strategies they can use in their classrooms the very next day, grounded in NEP 2020, the National Curriculum Framework and current CBSE expectations.
Every program is shaped around your school: the stage your teachers teach, their experience, the subjects involved and the priorities your leadership team has set for the year. Sessions are delivered on-site at your school or online, in English or Hindi.

Frequently asked questions
Can training count towards the CBSE 50-hour CPD requirement?
CBSE expects teachers and principals to complete at least 50 hours of continuous professional development each year, part of which is organised by the school itself. We can help you plan school-organised sessions and keep proper records. Please check the latest CBSE circular for the current rules on how hours are counted.
How long is a typical program?
Anything from a focused half-day workshop to a multi-session program across the year. We recommend a series for bigger changes such as competency-based teaching.
Do you train in Hindi?
Yes. Sessions can be delivered in English, Hindi or a mix, depending on your staff.
